[jira] Created: (IVYDE-233) Impossible to resolve dependencies: missing diagnostics

Impossible to resolve dependencies: missing diagnostics
-------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: IVYDE-233
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IVYDE-233
             Project: IvyDE
          Issue Type: Wish
    Affects Versions: 2.0.0.final
            Reporter: Stepan Koltsov

IvyDE produces an error "Impossible to resolve dependencies", but does not explain, why: no message, no stack trace:

http://screencast.com/t/YzFjMmYxMjY

ivy.xml is open on double-click to that line. So I have no idea, what should be done to fix the problem.

I request a better diagnostics.

Nicolas Lalevée commented on IVYDE-233:
---------------------------------------

Actually there is an explanation: it is shown in the detail panel in the popup when the error actually occurs.
But your are right, the details should somehow be also put into the problems view.
