Nightly Build - James 2.1.1a3

James 2.1.1a3 is a nightly build for James v2.1.1.  James v2.1.1a3 contains
all current fixes planned for James v2.1.1.  The change in this release
addresses a CPU utilization issue introduced earlier in James v2.1.1
development.

The code is available via the Nightly build directory:

   http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-james/nightly/
