I'm reopening this issue because in the Core R6 CT there are a lot of failures around native code, which I'm guessing relate to this issue:

The following tests in DivTests fail:
testNativeCode()
testNativeCodeFilterOptional()
testNativeCodeFilterNoOptional()
testNativeCodeFilterAlias()
testNativeCodeFragment()
testNativeCodeLanguage()
testNativeCodeLanguageSuccess()
testNativeCodeVersion()
testNativeCodeVersionSuccess()
testNativeCodeNamespaceRequirement()
testNativeCodeNamespaceCapability()
