CometScanExec.scala:
- Added `getFilePartitions()`
- Added `createFilePartitionsForBucketedScan()`
- Added `createFilePartitionsForNonBucketedScan()`
- Refactored `createBucketedReadRDD()` and `createReadRDD()`
CometNativeScan.scala:
- Replaced inputRDD pattern matching with `scan.getFilePartitions()`
