Getting exception when running flume

hi,

I am receiving an exception when I run the following command:

 - ./bin/flume-ng agent --conf conf --conf-file ./conf/devwest_config.conf
--name a1 -Dflume.root.logger=INFO,console


the exception I am getting is:

 - Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
org/apache/flume/node/Application



my config is as follows:

# Name the compnents of the agent
a1.sources = r1
a1.sinks = k1
a1.channels = c1

a1.sources.r1.type = avro
a1.sources.r1.bind = 127.0.0.1
a1.sources.r1.port = 8662
a1.sources.r1.channels = c1

a1.sinks.k1.type = file_roll
a1.sinks.k1.sink.directory = /home/Desktop/target_flume


# Channel the sink connects to
a1.sinks.k1.channel = c1

a1.channels.c1.type = memory
a1.channels.c1.capacity = 1000
a1.channels.c1.transactionCapacity = 100

I ran flume on another box and it ran just fine, not really sure why I am
getting this exception. Any help would be appreciated.
