Problem Opening and Closing Apache Office

Hi I have a problem using Apache 

When I open it  I'm getting the following pop-up window



 When I attempt to use the either  the" Don't Reopen or the Reopen " option it does not respond to either command 

This pop up window blocks me from using any of Apache's options like  using help and to bring up  Support  and  contact them by the proper means 


I'm an Apple user so there is no uninstall function  available and when I try to send it to the recycle bin - it cannot be done.   the only way I can get Apache to close is by  using Apple's  "Force Quit option .

If this email does not arrive at the right  section  can it please be forwarded to the correct one 

Ive been using Apache for  quite awhile and this is the first time this kind of message has appeared
