[VOTE] Release Apache CommonsRDF 0.2.0-incubating RC3
Hi,
I am pleased to post a RC3 for CommonsRDF (Incubating) 0.2.0-incubating for
a public VOTE.
CommonsRDF 0.2.0-incubating RC3 is available for review at:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/commonsrdf/0.2.0-incubating/
Maven artifacts are here:

Details of changes since 0.1.0-incubating are in the release notes:

The source code tagged with 0.2.0-incubating-RC3 refers to
commit 433ffd9da203a86dfceba95765dbf90dc039ef24
RC3 has been built with Maven 3.3.3 and OpenJDK 1.8.0_66-internal on Debian
64 bits.

Hi,
+1 (binding)
I checked:
- file name contains incubating
- hashes and signatures good
- DISCLAIMER exists
- LICENSE and NOTICE good
- All source files have headers
- No unexpected binaries in source release
- Can compile from source
- Tests pass
One the simplest and easiest releases I’ve had to review in a long time :-)
