[axis2] VOTE: Erange Jayasundera for committer
Eranga is the one who implemented the CORBA module and is working to
improve it as well. He did the original work as part of his MSc project
and is currently working in the ICT Agency in Sri Lanka.
I'm of course +1 for Eranga becoming a committer.
