attached CI was run on a branch including CASSANDRA-21222, CASSANDRA-21223, CASSANDRA-21224, CASSANDRA-21234, CASSANDRA-21235, CASSANDRA-21236

ran CI for the tickets in a single branch (https://github.com/krummas/cassandra/commits/marcuse/21222_23_24_34_35_36/) as I'm hoping to commit them in one go, otherwise I'll rerun for any committed by themselves
