ACS+Scaleio like primary storage
Hello to everyone,
At first, want to say thank you to Marcelo Lima for helping to run ScaleIO
and XenServer, also Felipe for good information in powerpoint:)
I have a problem with primary storage.
Tryed yesterday added new zone, which configured with ScaleIO+XenServer.
At the first time, i thought problem with configuration in our system, but
later, i debug creating SSVM and found problem with storage.
Jul 31 21:58:01 srv0-1-1 SM: [2468] LVHDSR.scan for

'/dev/disk/by-scsid/emc-vol-6955b3dd0edb1105-d3473ceb00000000'*
Checked /var/log/SMLog - the same error.
I tryed to create VM via XenCenter - all is nice, VM created and running.
Can see storage.
Anyone have idea, what can be wrong?

Hi
Thanks for the logs ,
Looking at the error Unable to acquire lock on VMTemplateStoragePool: 35
There has been some cases in the past where restarting the management server can solve that issue

Good morning ,
Could you give us a better understanding of your environment (your setup)
My thoughts:
Hypervisors (XenServer) 6.2 or 6.5
Storage (EMC Scaleio)
Primary Storage protocol with Cloudstack (NFS, PreSetup, ISCSI etc)
Network Type (Basic, Advanced)
Can you upload both your SMLog and Management Server logs to Pastebin?
Thanks
