Are XSP taglibs and JSP taglibs the same?

Hi there,

I have been reading a lot about XSP and its taglibs but Im getting a little
bit confuse about the difference between JSP tag libraries and XSP tag
libraries. What are the main differences? Can a XSP use JSP tag libraries
and vice versa?

Where can I find more information, tutorials about XSP tag libraries?
