[I] pdf: Identity-H text extraction fails in native mode, FontBox CMap resources missing [camel-quarkus]

JiriOndrusek opened a new issue, #9323:
URL: https://github.com/apache/camel-quarkus/issues/9323

   Extracting text in native mode from a PDF using the `Identity-H` encoding fails with HTTP 500:

   ```
   java.io.IOException: Could not find referenced cmap stream Identity-H
   ```

   JVM mode works.

   **Cause**
   FontBox loads predefined CMaps from `org/apache/fontbox/cmap/` with names built at runtime, so GraalVM does not embed them automatically. No `org/apache/fontbox/cmap` resources are in the native image.

   **Fix**
   Register the directory in `PdfProcessor`:

   ```java
   new NativeImageResourceDirectoryBuildItem("org/apache/fontbox/cmap")
   ```

   Add a native test extracting text from an `Identity-H` PDF.

   Related: #9091, #9087
