Working with Cocoon Blocks needs management tools to build and to deploy them. Currently those tools are under development in http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/cocoon/whiteboard/ (block-builder and block-deployer) and they are not functional.

Following documents are written as user documentation but as the functionality doesn't exist it should be considered as some kind of specification.
