wire log should use debug instead of info

Summary: wire log should use debug instead of info
           Product: Commons
           Version: Nightly Builds
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: HttpClient
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: xiaowei@stratify.com

in http client, the response body is logged out at INFO level. It's
particularly annoying if the response body is binary. It's true that we can set
the log level for wirelog as WARN. However, most people are too lazy to do it.
I think it make sense to use debug when logging out the response body
