[ISSUE #1411] Derive trace query window from message store timestamp

The trace query used a hardcoded 1-hour lookback window, causing traces
for messages older than 1 hour to be silently lost. The fix:

- Fetches the message's storeTimestamp via viewMessage before querying
  the trace topic
- Sets begin to storeTimestamp - 5min and end to max(storeTimestamp +
  24h, now + 1min) to cover the full trace lifecycle
- Falls back to the existing 1-hour window if the message cannot be
  located, with a warning log

Fixes #1411
