[PR] [Web][FFI] Fix incompatible part after FFI updates [tvm]

grf53 opened a new pull request, #18168:

   ## Description
   This PR fixes the tvmjs parts incompatible with the recent FFI updates.
   
   Due to recent FFI updates, some existing functions are not present or have been replaced.
   In the case of tvmjs, some changes are not reflected, which causes errors when trying to use wasm and js files built via the newer tvm.
   Therefore, changes to this PR are required.
