    Description: In case of empty assignments SQL engine will throw "Mandatory nodes was excluded from mapping: []". In order to eliminate this non-empty assignments awaiting is needed, meaning that it's reasonable to substitute placementDriver.getAssignments with placementDriver.awaitNonEmptyAssignments.
