About the release tag

Hi, james ,

I just notice that you add the tag for next release is 0.9.8-rc01，

Should we use another tag for next release,

Such as 0.9.8 instead,

We don’t need to release from rc01 this time,
Since we are familiar with release process already.

But never mind, if we start from rc01,
I am ok with that.

Please confirm, thanks
