[jira] [Created] (ACCUMULO-455) Reintroduce support for running external jars on the accumulo classpath

Reintroduce support for running external jars on the accumulo classpath
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: ACCUMULO-455
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ACCUMULO-455
             Project: Accumulo
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: start
    Affects Versions: 1.3.5, 1.4.0
            Reporter: John Vines
            Assignee: John Vines
             Fix For: 1.5.0

We used to have the ability to, on the command line, add jars to the Accumulo classpath, so you could run your own jar utilizing the Accumulo classloader. At some point this feature seems to have vanished, and I'm a bit sad. We should reintroduce it to make it easier for people to use custom jars.
