how can limited user upload files in roller?

We have a bunch of limited users who can create blog drafts. Those people
need to be able to upload images for their blogs. But it looks like only
"Author" and "Admin" can upload files in Roller. Can we change the settings
to let "Limited User" to upload the files as well?
