[DOM L3 TypeInfo] - Setter for XSTypeDefinition in ElementNSImpl performs no-op

Summary: [DOM L3 TypeInfo] - Setter for XSTypeDefinition in
                    ElementNSImpl performs no-op
           Product: Xerces2-J
           Version: 2.3.0
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: DOM
        AssignedTo: xerces-j-dev@xml.apache.org
        ReportedBy: mrglavas@ece.uwaterloo.ca

The setter setType(XSTypeDefinition type) of ElementNSImpl just assigns
the 'type' parameter to itself. It looks like the type name and namespace
returned from an instance of ElementNSImpl will always be null.
