TestJobTrackerRestartWithCS, TestCapacitySchedulerServlet, and TestCapacitySchedulerWithJobTracker testcases potentially could fail when they are build with ant 1.8.4.
Solution:
port above testcases and ClusterWithCapacityScheduler class from Junit3 to Junit4.
