   应用级 + 泛化调用 + local meta 模式会报错，获取不到接口。需要云兴佬哥帮忙确认一下是不是没有实现获取本地接口的逻辑。我这边看代码是没有实现。
   remote 模式因为 zk 有个 bug，会连不上 zk，等那个 bug 修复在看看 remote 模式是不是 ok 的。
