Workflow functional spec [documentation|https://github.com/apache/oozie/blob/master/docs/src/site/markdown/WorkflowFunctionalSpec.md] has inconsistent information about the sub workflows which should be fixed:

...the child workflow job can be in the same Oozie system or in another Oozie system
