Human resources documentation

Hi All,

I am currently looking to the Human Resources component with an aim of
implementing it in production environment, and I found that is difficult to
understand how this work without documentation. Is there any documentation
can help me to understand how use it and how configure it. How can associate
a POSITION to an employee? How can create deductions and then associate them
to an employee? etc...

Thanks in advance.

you can also go up one level and look at the services and simple-methods
that supports the data.

as far as basic layout the Data Model book Vol I chapter 9 helps.
but for the real layout is it best to use the webtools since it has been
modified from the data model book.
