## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Reorganize the loadAllCertificates code in the DefaultCertificateClient, to make it more easy to understand what is actually happening.
Shrink visibility of getCACertPath method that uses a variable after it was loaded, but used only within the DefaultCertificateClient.
