Help with mimicing geronimo builds

Brett,

Was wondering if you can help us mimic Geronimio style builds where
components are specified for the install and multiproject build just builds
them.  The maven build we have right now is a bit ugly.   A good critique or
sanity check would help too when done by a Maven pro.  I understand if Maven
development's got you too busy.
