Test case:

- Add a comment on a wiki page (or on a ticket)
- Add a reply to that comment
- Delete the first comment
- Try to delete the reply

What happens:

- You are redirected to a random page like `https://sourceforge.net/p/allura/tickets/_discuss/thread/d1798db5/9dd5/`
- Comment isn't deleted
- Also, you can no longer edit that comment
