   Before the PR, beeline dispaly exception:
   `Error: Error running query (state=,code=0) `
   
   With the PR, beeline dispaly exception:
   `Error: Error running query: java.lang.RuntimeException: To use DbTxnManager you must set hive.support.concurrency=true (state=,code=0)`
