I changed the ResourceReader in the HEAD of CVS. Now, the exceptions are not 
ignored anymore but propagated to the processing pipeline. So, if an exception 
occurs, nothing is cached at all.
I think this is a much correcter behaviour than silently ignoring exceptions.
What do you think?
