[RELEASE] Apache Cassandra GoCQL Driver 2.1.0 released

The Cassandra team is pleased to announce the release of the Cassandra
GoCQL Driver version 2.1.0.

The source release is available here:

https://dlcdn.apache.org/cassandra/cassandra-gocql-driver/2.1.0/

You can add the driver to your project with the "v2.1.0" tag:

go get github.com/apache/cassandra/cassandra-gocql-driver/v2@v2.1.0
