WebDAV will not work

Hello, I have installed subversion and tryed to acces via https
the root dir for svn ist /home/subversion
in /home/subversion i have create a projekt with svnadmin create Testprojekt
And when i will access it via https://XXXXX/svn/Testprojekt
When i try to acces i get this error:

in the apache log i can read:
