[D] MIGRATING state persists and does not complete [kvrocks-controller]

GitHub user HughPenn created a discussion: MIGRATING state persists and does not complete

After executing the command:./kvctl migrate slot 12539 --target 2 -n test -c test
the MIGRATING state remains and never finishes, even though the amount of data in the slot is very small.
Running cluster nodes shows that the slot range has not changed.
**is there any cmd i can ran to resove**
