[Bug 29941] ability to resize single column with mouse

When using the ctrl + mouse changes columns to the right are moved over and the
size remains for the remaining columns except for the column that you are
changing and the last column in the table, but the table remains the same size.

Using the shift + mouse the columns to the right remain the same size and are
just shifted to the right, except for the column that you are changing and the
last column in the table, but the table remains the same size.

Using the shift + alt keys allow only for the perticular column to change in
size and the one next to it, the other columns and table remain the same size.


Using shift+alt and the mouse works the same as just using the mouse itself,
just that column and the one next to it change in size but the table remains
the same
