Hi,
I have forgot to implement the delegate method for retrieving the 
ValueFactory in

src/java/org/apache/jackrabbit/rmi/client/ClientSession.java

The attached patch should be ok. The method getValueFactory(0 is tested 
and the tests give no errors.
