branch-1.4.3 has been cut

Hello all,

We've cut a branch for the upcoming 1.4.3 release as "branch-1.4.3".

1) If you are contributing patches and except the fix to go into
1.4.3, please create a patch for both trunk and branch-1.4.3.
2) Committers, please commit to both trunk and branch-1.4.3 for the
patches going into 1.4.3.
