First prototype of the SharpDevelop IDE add-in for NMaven

I just completed the first prototype of the SharpDevelop IDE add-in for
NMaven. You can see a screenshot here:
http://jroller.com/resources/r/random7/NMaven.IDE.JPG. Most of the work is
re-usable for Visual Studio, so I expect to complete that one shortly. I
still have some work - particularly in regards to the packaging of the
plugins and support for running multiple instances of the IDE concurrently -
before I merge this over to the trunk.
