[osgi] Using osgi in trunk

With the help of Daniel, who's sitting next to me, I moved the osgi stuff out of 
the whiteboard and right into trunk.

To use it, call

ant osgi
cocoon osgi or ./cocoon.sh osgi
http://localhost:8080
