   Add configuration to determine whether to exclude hive statistics properties
   
   
   ### Why are the changes needed?
   In our scenario, we will need to use hive statistics properties in table properties to do some optimization. I think it should be up to the actual user to control whether to exclude hive statistics properties.
   
   ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
