I removed the exchange processing.  Users have to be aware that *_email can return SMTP or EX.

I'm not happy that "name" and "displayname" in MSG files can return email addresses and that "address" can return a name.

I'm hesitant to add custom parsing to trying to figure out which is which.

Please re-open if this current strategy doesn't meet your needs.
