@chetanmeh I have made changes to use the cache and prevent possible memory leaks. Please review the changes.
@tysonnorris I looked at feasibility to override set sampling rate with a flag. Will need to write a custom sampler which can honour the "extra logging" flag. Is this ok to take this up as enhancement later once these changes are taken in?
