The vote passes with 9 votes (7 binding).

A big thank you to everyone in the ATS Community that contributed to making the 5.0.0 release happen, from people that worked on documentation, testing, added features, and helped fix bugs. We will be making an announcement tomorrow.

The release is on dist.apache.org:

Re: [VOTE] Release Apache Traffic Server 5.0.0 (RC0)

+1 Compiles and is running on Mac OS X V10.9.3. I was out of town for the
weekend so I can't say I've been running it long. Looks good, though.

Also there's a small bug I've discovered but I'm waiting until after the
release to report it.

I have tested the RC2 code over the weekend, in both reverse and forward proxy on Fedora 20, no problems so far. I’ve verified the checksums and signature, and all build-bots are “green”. I’d urge everyone else to also do a quick retest of RC2, particularly on builds and if you use the LuaJIT plugin.

+1 from me.

+1 from me.

No problems yet

Oh? I thought I'd stick with the crowd...usually in this situation there's
a punt on RC0 and then there's an RC1.

Definitely consider it a +1 vote if the plan is to release those bugfixes
as v5.0.1. The only fix I was interested in was
TS-2632 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TS-2632>.

Hmmm, so sounds like it’s working well, then why the -1 vote? Hopefully a typo? :)

Cheers,

Compiles and runs well on Mac OS v10.9.3, however there were a couple of
bugs that have come and gone since.

I'm currently running master, with fully a updated configuration, and so
far it seems impressive.

+1 MacOs. Everything runs very smoothly.

Will test-drive on Linux (Debian) when I find time - possibly tonight.
