Summary: backslashes to single value continuation
           Product: Commons
           Version: 1.1 Final
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Configuration
        AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: karl@xk72.com

If you have multiple backslashes as the last component of a value they are
incorrectly identified as a line continuation.

eg. key=\\

The code could be changed to count the contiguous backslashes on the end of the
line, and if the number is even then concat with the next line.
