   ### Which version of ShardingSphere did you use?
   4.0.0-RC3-SNAPSHOT
   
   ### Which project did you use? Sharding-JDBC or Sharding-Proxy?
   sharding-ui
   
   ### Expected behavior
   mvn clean install - success
   
   ### Actual behavior
   mvn clean install - failed in some case
   
   ### Reason analyze (If you can)
   Spring-boot-maven-plugin version not defined, if your local maven repository has an old version(<= 1.4.2.RELEASE) of spring-boot-maven-plugin, it will fail.
   
   ### Steps to reproduce the behavior, such as: SQL to execute, sharding rule configuration, when exception occur etc.
   
   ### Example codes for reproduce this issue (such as a github link).
