`takeover_config_merge.py` should provide XML-diff capability, where the
script is provided 2 folders containing Hadoop configs, and the utility prints
the keys which are different in the left and right folders.

This will be very useful in comparing the pre-takeover config folders with the
post-takeover config folders, to verify that Ambari did not make any unwanted
changes.
