Igor, before going into any more work, please check out
http://tacos.sourceforge.net/tacos4.1/tacos-core/tapdoc/Dojo/Widget/index.html
and
http://tacos.sourceforge.net/tacos4.1/tacos-core/quick-start/downloading.html
We're still missing some documentation for tacos, but it's simple to just do

<div jwcid="@dojo:Widget" dojoType="Clock"></div>
to have the clock created + you can easily specify all other dojo parameters.

> Hello,
> I would like to contribute an implementation of dojo Clock widget. This component renders a clock which displays the local time. The clock can be offset by incrementing/decrementing the time zone offset. Furthermore you can customize the component by defining colors. The documentation and TestNG classes follow.
> I hope you will accept this contribution. You only have to add the files into repository. Not further work is needed. I would love to contribute more dojo components in order to support tapestry.
