[I] docs(blog): correct the Chinese translation of "rehydrate" [maka]

## Problem
In `docs/blogs/beyond-function-calling.zh-CN.md`, the runtime term
`rehydrate` is translated literally as `水合（Rehydrate）`:
> 将工作区快照与必要产物水合（Rehydrate）至全新分配的沙箱环境中
This wording is unnatural in Chinese and does not clearly convey the intended
meaning: restoring executable state from durable logs, workspace snapshots,
and persisted artifacts.
The same document also mixes English and Chinese in a diagram:
> Rehydrate 会话上下文
The English source uses `rehydrate` correctly as a distributed-systems term
and does not need to change.
## Desired outcome
Use a natural Chinese translation while retaining the original English term
for clarity:
- In Chinese prose, use `恢复执行状态（Rehydrate）`.
- In Chinese diagrams, use `恢复会话上下文（Rehydrate）`.
- Keep `Rehydrate` unchanged where the surrounding diagram labels are entirely
in English.
- Leave `docs/blogs/beyond-function-calling.md` unchanged.
## Acceptance criteria
- [ ] `水合` is no longer used as the translation of `rehydrate`.
- [ ] Chinese prose uses `恢复执行状态（Rehydrate）`.
- [ ] Chinese diagram labels use `恢复会话上下文（Rehydrate）`.
- [ ] English-only diagram labels continue to use `Rehydrate`.
- [ ] Diagram alignment remains readable.
- [ ] Only `docs/blogs/beyond-function-calling.zh-CN.md` is modified.
