   Due to low capacity (CPU cores) of Travis, we are running into timeouts if the compile cache is missed. In these cases, the tests take too long to execute and we run into the 50 minute timeout. We already excluded a number of tests, but the situation did not improve.
   
   As a temporary solution, we disable the execution of all tests until the capacity has been increased.
