does serviceMix support only xml conifg. ?

I have seen all the example and 90% of them are in xml.
I am programming a middle-ware which supports subscription of outgoing
message by user.
so i am wondering if i can add the destination, tcp, file or http
dynamically through JAVA language, but not xml.

is there any example about such case?
