Jessica Tomechak commented on CLOUDSTACK-1409:
----------------------------------------------

Alert Playbook. For people who carry pagers. Alert playbook gives exact steps to fix downtime issues in real time, for IT staff/admins/reliability eng. This might be a duplicate, subset, or quick-reference version of Runbooks (CLOUDSTACK-1919) or Troubleshooting.

> The cloudstack admin guide has little to no documentation for troubleshooting and maintenance of cloudstack: log files, how to replace a host, how to replace a controller, etc. We are going through the different failure scenarios in a production cloud, and the very first one, a management controller failure/replacement, is not documented anywhere.
